Check which orphan files are missed and reproduce the behavior before assessing a fix. Done means the reported orphan files are deleted and regression coverage confirms the behavior.

It looks like deleting orphan files feature does not delete all orphan files. A user reported this here: #2059

This should be checked. There is some mentioned in this comment that could help improve this feature.
