As originally reported by jsha, our current instructions for DNS plugins sends you in a bit of a loop:

Maybe we could fix that by having the big red button expand an inline list of supported providers, or by having it go to a special page that specifically describes how to figure out if your DNS provider is supported, then links you back to where you came from.

Both of these would require some E&D work, but I think it'd be valuable. Ideally, we could do it in a way that doesn't duplicate our list of DNS providers across multiple locations.

Another easier but less elegant approach might be to just tweak the wording in the wildcard tab and/or at https://certbot.eff.org/docs/using.html#dns-plugins. For example, the wildcard tab could tell you to continue with these instructions after checking that link and we could remove links to https://certbot.eff.org/ from the DNS plugin section. Another option would be to just list the DNS plugins somewhere else and have the wildcard tab (and maybe the DNS plugin section of our static docs?) link to that.
