Start by locating the code that saves and restores queued tasks after FastFlix restarts, then trace how the output container and Cover toggle are restored when a task is edited. Reproduce the report by choosing MP4, restarting, and editing the queued task. Done when those settings retain their saved values; the issue does not name a file or test.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Output file container restored to default MKV when edit a queued task from restarted Fastflix.
I.E. if I chose the output format to MP4 with system shutdown after encode completion, when restart Fastflix, and when you edit the kept task in encoding quene, every encode parameter is saved except the output file format is in MKV, I have to manually chose MP4 agian. Also the Cover toggle might not remain the same (ticked by default when unticked in last encoding, I guess) when edit in encode quene.
