Issue with Opennext Cloudflare

Inizia riproducendo il problema con npm run preview e ispezionando pg/lib/stream.js insieme a pg-cloudflare/package.json. La segnalazione menziona stream.ts e l’entry mancante ./dist/index.js, ma non stabilisce quale sia la correzione prevista. Il lavoro sarà completato quando la build di OpenNext Cloudflare non fallirà più durante la risoluzione di pg-cloudflare.

Thank you so much for all the effort you’ve put into this. I am currently trying to integrate with OpenNext Cloudflare, but I’m encountering an error in the stream.ts file due to a missing index.js file in the pg-cloudflare package.

I have tried looking into the package and found in export there is default and workerd. Somehow it not working on nextjs.
