feature integration: anthropic python

Upstream: speed became a regular messages.create parameter in anthropic 1.15.0.

Today: We already log the response's usage.speed (py/src/braintrust/integrations/anthropic/_utils.py:35), but METADATA_PARAMS (py/src/braintrust/integrations/anthropic/tracing.py:66) doesn't include speed, so the speed the user asked for is dropped from span metadata.

Change: Add speed to METADATA_PARAMS, plus an assertion in the existing cassette-backed test that already passes speed="standard" (test_anthropic.py:297).

Effort: Trivial.
