exec_file crash on Debug mode (Win 10)

Non vengono indicati file del repository né test. Riproduci il crash nella configurazione di debug indicata con Windows 10, VS2019, VC142 e Python 3.10, quindi confronta il percorso exec_file che fallisce usando PyRun_File con i percorsi funzionanti PyRun_SimpleFile e _Py_fopen_obj. Il lavoro è completato quando embedding.py viene eseguito in modalità debug senza il crash segnalato.

I face a crash on build 1.78 of boost python, on Windows 10, VS2019, VC142, Python 3.10 only on debug mode. Here is the script
