GCC suggest-override warnings

Inizia da boost/python/object/py_function.hpp e ispeziona le dichiarazioni alle righe con gli avvisi elencate nel report. Controlla prima boostorg/config#329, quindi compila Boost 1.72 con GCC 7.5 e -Wsuggest-override; il lavoro è completato quando gli avvisi segnalati sono risolti senza introdurre nuovi errori di compilazione.
