After PR #799 is merged and released, add a “Passing parameters to stepFile / stepFiles” section to the documentation, using the sample referenced in the issue. State that ${PARAM.x} is only available inside a referenced step file, then update the Documentation site in a separate PR. Done when both documentation changes are published through that separate PR.
