Describe the bug

LibMan seems to be missing from the VS Gallery, or is at least very hard to find.

To Reproduce
  1. Follow https://github.com/aspnet/LibraryManager?tab=readme-ov-file#installation and search for "Library Manager" in the VS.
  2. Observe that LibMan is not listed, at least not among the first few dozen extensions.

Since there's no marketplace.visualstudio.com link here to LibMan, nor does Google help, I couldn't actually install the extension.

Expected behavior

LibMan is the first search hit. I'd also suggest a marketplace.visualstudio.com link in the Readme.

Additional context

Using VS 17.14.18, but this can be observed in the online VS Gallery as well: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/search?term=Library%20Manager&target=VS&category=All%20categories&vsVersion=&sortBy=Relevance. This might be a VS Gallery bug.
