Find the Cheerio run completion path that handles 403 responses and writes the final log. Start by tracing where blocked pages cause the run to finish; add a suggestion to switch to the Unblocker proxy there and log these runs in Mezmo. Done when affected runs show the suggestion and are recorded for measuring its effectiveness.

Since the introduction of Unblocker proxy group there are many users still not fully aware of it.
In Cheerio runs if some or all pages are blocked by the target website (get 403 error) we're just finishing the run.
In such cases suggest switching to Unblocker proxy at the end of the log.
It should help both users and agents discover this proxy option and retry with higher chance of success.
To measure the efficiency of this change let's log these runs in Mezmo.
