Start by grepping the codebase for the exact log strings from the report: CfgPath 与当前配置目录不一致 and 已将程序旁配置迁移 — they locate the startup code that resolves the config directory and force-migrates exe-adjacent configs to ~/.config/TscanPlus/config. Then trace where the global setting for the custom config dir (CfgPath) is written in the settings UI versus where it is read and overridden at startup. Done when a user-set config directory is respected on relaunch (no correction/migration to the user directory) and a portable layout next to the executable is preserved rather than renamed to config.bak, verified by replaying the reported startup sequence on Windows.
