I tried to set up a completely new docker container by following the instructions in DOCKER.md.

The server is not starting:
Error response from daemon: Container 6938806d838.... is restarting, wait until the container is running

In the logs there are pretty comprehensive information but I wasn't able to parse it. so here I am with the issue. :)

Error:  Command "npx" not found

  load-wiki-folder <path> [options]  Load a TiddlyWiki folder into a bag
  init-store                         Initialize the MWS data folder

                                     testing your inputs.
  update-tiddlywiki [options]        Update TiddlyWiki to the latest version
  set-admin-password [options]       Reset an admin password in case you get locked out.
  help [command]                     display help for command

The current working directory does not appear to be a valid wiki path. 
In order to start the server properly, you must start it from the folder 
containing the passwords.key file. This is the root of your wiki folder.

Error: The wiki path package.json file has the wrong version. Found 0.1.0, expected 0.2.x

Since the package.json file for your wiki folder is created automatically, 
this usually means you are in the wrong folder. You should NOT edit the package.json 
file in the current folder to fix this.

The current folder is: /data

This is also known as "Start In", "Working Directory", "Current Directory", etc.
