Start from the linked GitHub Actions run and inspect the failed fuzz-js step and any uploaded artifacts. Locate the fuzzing harness in the repo (referenced by the weekly fuzz workflow) and, if a counterexample seed is retained, replay it locally. Done means the defect is fixed, a regression test is added, and the fuzz job passes on the commit.

The fuzz-js leg of the weekly fuzz run failed.

Inspect the failed step and available logs before classifying the failure.
A setup, dependency, or runner failure does not prove a crashing input.
If the harness reports a counterexample, replay its seed or retained input,
fix the defect, and add a regression test.
Failure artifacts are available only when the job produced and uploaded them.
The commit above identifies the run, not necessarily the cause.
