Part of MCP Apps (https://github.com/SSWConsulting/TimePro.Tools/issues/78). Read-only view.

A weekly grid: one column per day, rows per entry with project, iteration, hours, location, note; coverage state from check_week (covered / leave / holiday / missing) and pending suggestions highlighted. Totals per day and per week. Backed by check_week and get_timesheets as they are; the page renders the same documents tp ts check --json and tp ts get --json return, so the parity table still applies.

Acceptance: renders for a Northwind staging week; terminal clients get the unchanged JSON; a test asserts the tool result is unchanged with and without the UI capability.
