Start by locating the loop implementations that use INTEGER, REAL, and other accessors, then determine which accessor expressions do not depend on the current loop iteration. Review the related discussion in pull request 7598. Done means the independent accessors are moved out of their loops without changing behavior; the issue does not name specific files or tests.

We are always so picky about moving
INTEGERout of loops, but apparently here we did not care yet.

It might be possible to write a linter that detects some cases where the expression in accessor(expression) does not depend on the current loop iteration.
