Housekeeping Schema

Prepare development branch for v3.0 schema maintenance:

  • create branch v3.0-dev-wip - diff to dev
  • delete src/oas.md - we do not plan a 3.0.5 spec release
    • otherwise: #5094
  • delete src/schemas/validation/*
  • move _archive_/v3.0/schemas/schema.yaml and accompanying README.md to src/schemas/validation/
  • move test-related files from _archive_/v3.0/schemas/ to tests/
  • make tests work and pass
  • refactor tests to use same tools as the v3.1 tests
  • test schema publishing workflow - also works for 3.0
  • adjust selected 3.1 pass/fail test cases to increase schema coverage
  • rename branch v3.0-dev-wip to v3.0-dev (or squash-merge it into a branch freshly created from dev)
