The mismatch comes from the List function in the Configuration panel, so start by finding where that panel builds its header and where it reads the data values, and compare the two column counts. The sample row shows header labels IQCGlobal IQCDirect IQCDiffuse against only two IQC-style values before the trailing KT/KN/KD fields. Run the List path on a file like the sample and confirm the header and row lengths differ. Done means both have the same number of columns and the Excel-launched output still matches.

The List function in the Configuration panel produces one too many labels in the header or one too few data values. See example below. [This appears to be correct when the program launches the data with Excel -- the IQCDiffuse is not there in the Excel file]
