Summary

When an ACP client selects plan_revise and includes revision text in the selected permission outcome, the ACP server drops that text instead of forwarding it as the engine's plan revision feedback.

This affects mobile ACP clients that let the user explain how the proposed plan should be changed. The plan is rejected for revision, but the user's actual revision request never reaches the agent.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start a plan-review interaction through ACP.
  2. When the client receives the request_permission request for the plan, select the plan_revise option.
  3. Include revision text in the selected outcome, for example:

  1. Inspect the approval response delivered to the engine.

Expected Behavior

The engine receives an approval response equivalent to:

Suggested Fix

Pass the complete selected outcome into plan-review response mapping. When the selected option is plan_revise and the outcome contains a string text field, map it to the approval response's feedback field while preserving existing behavior for clients that do not send revision text.
