  1. genericableId和fitableId保持不变，应用插件更新代码只能将原来插件删除，重新上传部署，并且编排中也需要删除原来插件节点，重新编排
  2. 编排应用包包含：应用插件、应用编排JSON，应用插件重新上传，需要重新编排应用导致应用无法复制到其他环境
