Descrizione

If the open PR #597 merges with the project, all the build repositories that contain the next line should remove it since the fix makes it obsolete and dead code.

COPY icu-config /usr/bin/icu-config

The fix implements a fallback for when icu-config is not present and uses the new names "icu-uc" "icu-i18n" to verify them, making the dummy script deprecated.

The dummy file for patching the issue icu-config should also be removed after updating the Build Repositories.
