RPM-based distros (Fedora, RHEL, openSUSE) have no native package. cd.yml already builds a .deb for Debian/Ubuntu, but RPM users can only use the tarball, the one-line installer, or cargo install; there is no dnf/zypper metadata, no clean upgrades, and no clean removal.

Describe the solution you'd like

Mirror the existing .deb flow with cargo-generate-rpm:

  • Add [package.metadata.generate-rpm] to Cargo.toml, modeled on the existing [package.metadata.deb].
  • Add a cargo generate-rpm --target <triple> step to the Linux build legs in cd.yml (both the x86_64 and the new aarch64 rows) and upload the .rpm as an artifact. The release job's artifacts/* glob picks it up automatically.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • The one-line installer (curl -fsSL https://spotatui.com/install.sh | bash) and cargo binstall already cover these users, but neither is a native package.
  • Hosted Copr / OBS repos add more moving parts and external accounts; a release .rpm is the lower-maintenance first step.

Additional context

Deferred out of the install-methods PR because it needs its own validation. cargo-generate-rpm's auto-generated Requires: for a binary linking openssl/pipewire/alsa is frequently wrong, so the .rpm should be dnf install-tested in a Fedora container (deps resolve, binary runs) before wiring it into cd.yml, the same test-first approach used for the aarch64-linux build. This may need auto-req tuning or an explicit requires list.
