Direzione di ricerca

The payload names no source files. First check whether the ZimaClient iOS app lives in this repository or a separate one, and find the "Select path" folder picker in the photo backup settings. Reproduce by tapping a folder on an iOS device or simulator to confirm that taps do not navigate, while the path-bar "Select current folder" route works. Done means tapping a folder opens it on iOS and the selection still works.

Descrizione

Hi Zima Team,
I'm trying to set the backup destination for my iPhone photo backup to a folder on an external USB drive (WD, 1 TB, shown as "sdb" and enabled under Settings > Storage).

Problem:
In the ZimaClient app, under the photo backup settings, the "Select path" dialog shows "sdb" and "ZimaOS-HD". When I tap on a folder, nothing happens – the view stays the same and I can't navigate into any folder. This happens with every folder, also on the system drive.

Workaround:
If I select a folder via the path bar at the bottom and then tap "Select current folder", it works. But navigating by tapping folders directly doesn't work at all.

Setup:

  • ZimaClient iOS: 1.8.1
  • ZimaOS: 1.8.0
  • iPhone: iPhone 17, iOS 27.0.1
  • External drive: WD 1 TB via USB (SATA-to-USB adapter)

Tested on an old Samsung Galaxy S9 (Android) with the same ZimaOS server – there, navigating into folders by tapping works fine. So the bug seems to be iOS-specific.
