Reproduce the reported behavior from the "+" tab on the latest app version, following the listed steps and video. Start by tracing the photo, video, and recorded-voice sending flows from that tab. Done means each option sends and displays its content correctly, and opening the conversation after sending a photo works.

There's an additional bug when sending a photo. Namely, you can't even enter the conversation, as seen in the YouTube video.
