Steps to reproduce the bug
  1. Be part of a group MMS conversation with multiple participants.
  2. Receive a message in that group conversation.
  3. Use the quick reply feature from the notification (reply directly in the notification shade) instead of opening the app.
  4. Observe who receives the reply (only the most recent participant on the group thread).
Expected behavior

The quick reply should send the message to all participants in the group MMS thread, matching the behavior when replying from within the app.

Actual behavior

The quick reply is sent only to the last participant in the thread, not to the entire group. Replying from within the app (opening the conversation) correctly sends to all participants.

I have these two settings (below) enabled to use MMS for group messages - behavior may differ with other settings. I enabled them because I was encountering #167 .
