The file name appears in the top-left of the media viewer, as the screenshot in the issue shows, so start from the viewer screen that sets that title and from the settings screen where existing toggles are defined. The issue does not say where the new setting should live or what its default should be, so confirm that with maintainers before coding. Done when a new settings toggle hides the name in the viewer and the default keeps current behavior; no test is named, so verify on an emulator or device.

Feature description

Add setting to hide file names in the top left when viewing them.

Why do you want this feature?
  • Privacy reasons.
  • Cleaner UI, declutter.
  • Most media file names have long string of random letters and numbers, so it is pointless to see them anyway.
