The issue names no files, tests or entry points, so the first step is to read CONTRIBUTING.md and find where photos are saved after capture in the Kotlin Android source. Scope is not settled: it does not say how watermarks are configured or rendered, and the two screenshots show an editable timestamp. Done would mean an agreed design plus an implementation that draws the chosen fields onto the saved photo, which needs maintainer input first.

Feature description
An ability to add watermarks, such as the date, time, location, camera specifications, app used etc; to the photo for at the time it was taken.
Why do you want this feature?
There is no libre/FOSS alternative to Timestamp camera applications from the Google Play Store. This would prove useful for scenarios where the metadata needs to be visible in the photo itself. This feature is available on other camera applications, but not the stock application included with android.
