Start by tracing how decorated system prompts are represented in the upstream request and how the Interactions sidebar displays those prompts; the issue does not name files or tests. Reproduce with a guardrail that decorates a system prompt, then compare the upstream prompt with the sidebar. Done means the sidebar shows the guardrail changes that are sent upstream.
