[BUG] Updating KeePass could cause loss of data configuration

The report says KeePass's default configuration file may overwrite the existing configuration during installation, but it names no UniGetUI source file or test. Start by tracing how package updates are invoked and how KeePass is handled, then check whether the package manager's install behavior can be reproduced. Done means updating KeePass preserves the existing user configuration.

Btw, including a full list of installed packages in an issue is generally not helpful, as it can lead to a flood of unrelated issues and make it harder to find relevant discussions.
