[BUG] Unable to update PowerShell modules

Start with the operation shown in Assets\Utilities\unigetui_ps_operation.ps1 and reproduce the Az.DataProtection update using PowerShell 7 and Update-PSResource. Inspect how the command arguments are assembled, especially -Confirm:$false, and verify that the module update completes without the positional-parameter error.

Relevant information
