The issue body has no file names; the only evidence is a screenshot of the Activity Log MFA event view showing missing labels. Open that screenshot to see which label strings are absent, then search the frontend for the existing labels of the neighbouring Activity Log events to find where the MFA entries are defined. Done means the MFA events show proper labels in the Activity Log, confirmed in the UI. Ask the maintainers which label keys to use if the screenshot is ambiguous.
