:bug: Bug high-priority solution known

As of user feedback we have the following bug:

The Christmas day 24.12.YYYY and new Years eve 31.12.YYYY are not considered as true bankholidays by the
holidays package. This is most probagbly due to the fact that they are considered as "half workdays" in Germany.
However for our usecase they actually are bankholidays. So far the frontend treats this correctly but the backend doesn't.
