Summary
ChainSafe storage is being deprecated so we gotta switch it out for another storage provider like Pinata

Suggested features or ways to address the summary
Pinata has an API doc here, so we'll build a .Net wrapper for it that can be utilized in Unity

Motivation
Well unless we're removing Storage entirely we can't have a deprecated solution in the package.
