The payload names no file, so search the repository for the heatmap plotting code and note how rows and columns are currently ordered. Generate a heatmap for causal test results and one for causal test adequacy to see the existing layout. Done means a user can switch between the pattern-spotting ordering and an alphabetical comparison ordering, with both plots sharing that choice. Clarify the intended behaviour of comparison mode on the issue before writing code.
