Start by inspecting the uc3dmpid gem's Updater class and checking dmsp_aws_prototype issue #156 to confirm whether the identifier problem remains. Then define a script for the two listed DMP record cleanups: correcting redundant identifier protocols/domains and retaining one output_management_plan entry for the current PDF narrative. Done means affected records are repaired by the script.

Descrizione
We need to investigate the uc3dmpid gem's Updater class to see if the old dmps_aws_prototype repo issue #156 is still an issue. I think it has been fixed, but we should check.
Then we need to write a script that can run through and fix up the following issues on DMP records:
- remove redundant protocols and domains from identifiers (e.g.
https://https://ror.org/12345andhttps:/ror.org/ror.org/12345) - make sure that the
dmproadmap_related_identifiersonly has a singleoutput_management_planentry for the current PDF narrative.
