Review all tools for bugs, improvements and inconsistencies

Run a structured code review (Claude Code) for each built-in tool, one tool at a time. The goal is to find bugs, potential improvements and inconsistencies between the tools (UI, behavior, settings, profiles, docs) and track the findings here. Each finding is either fixed directly or tracked as a separate issue/PR.

Review checklist (per tool)
  • Bugs: crashes, wrong results, unhandled errors, threading/async issues, resource leaks
  • Error handling: errors shown to the user, no silently ignored failures
  • Security: input validation, untrusted data (network responses, files), command execution
  • UI/UX consistency: layout, spacing, fonts, export (button/context menu), status messages, keyboard accessibility
  • Settings & profiles: defaults, persistence, profile support where applicable
  • Localization: no hard-coded strings
  • Docs: documentation matches the actual behavior
