Description

When the microphone is used (Teams in a PWA from Brave), the red icon appears in the island, the same than the privacy widget. However when muting the mic, the icon remains the same, not the disabled one (like the privacy widget)

Expected Behavior

When microphone is in use but muted then the icon should show a red disabled mic

Steps to Reproduce

Start an app using the mic and then mute the microphone
