Start in web/mobile, where the Plan & billing page renders the "Invoices and receipts" row that must be replaced, and look at how ListTable is used in the Automations view. The backend work is a new GET /billing/invoices endpoint that reads the organization's invoices from Stripe and returns date, amount, currency, status, type and PDF link. Done means the table lists invoices newest first, the All/Subscription/Credit packs filter works, and the billing portal button still opens.

When I open Settings → Plan & billing, I expect to see the payments my organization made: plan charges and credit pack purchases. Today the page shows only an "Invoices and receipts" row with a button that opens the Stripe billing portal. To see a past payment or download its PDF, I must leave Agenta.

The Agenta API cannot list invoices. Stripe creates an invoice for each plan charge and each credit pack, and emails it to the customer. Agenta keeps no copy, and no endpoint returns the invoice number, the amount paid, the tax or the PDF link.

What we want

A payments table on Plan & billing, as the billing redesign shows:

  • One row for each invoice, newest first. Each row shows the date, the description, the amount with its currency and the status (paid, open or void).
  • A filter: All, Subscription and Credit packs.
  • A link from each row to its PDF.
  • "Open billing portal" stays. Users still manage the payment method, tax IDs and billing address there.

Todo

  • Add a backend endpoint (for example GET /billing/invoices) that reads the organization's invoices from Stripe. For each invoice, it returns the date, the amount and currency, the status, the type (subscription or credit pack) and the PDF link.
  • Replace the "Invoices and receipts" row in web/mobile with the payments table. It uses ListTable, the same table as Automations, and has the filter above.
