Start by tracing how the run header calculates and displays elapsed work time, then follow the turn-resume flow after an approval. Reproduce the issue using the steps in the report and inspect the related tests; done means time spent waiting for approval is excluded from the finished run's displayed work time.

Descrizione
After a turn resumes from an approval, the run header can show "Worked for 85m 9s" for a command that took seconds. The time counts from the start of the parked turn, not from when the user answered the card.
Reproduce
- Open an agent in /m with the permission policy Ask.
- Ask for a command that needs approval. Leave the card unanswered for a long time (about 85 minutes in our QA run).
- Approve the card. Wait for the turn to finish.
- Read the header of the finished run.
Expected
The header shows the time the agent worked, or the time since the approval. The time spent waiting for the user does not count as work.
What we saw (v0.122.3 behavior, seen again during the v0.122.4 QA)
"Worked for 85m 9s" on a turn whose resume took a few seconds. The time was counted from the start of the turn that parked at the approval.
This is cosmetic. The answer and the tool results are correct.
