The v0.120.0 release QA ran the agent release gate (.agents/skills/agent-release-gate) against staging and oss.preview and hit three gaps in the gate itself. None is a product defect.

1. The secret_opaque probe gets refused on Claude

On staging (Claude on Daytona, vault Anthropic key), Claude refused the credential-classification probe on both runs ("I won't run that ... falls under never print/list/copy its value"). The journey produced no verdict, so credential hiding went unverified on that cell. The probe needs rewording so a safety-minded model will run it without being asked to reveal anything. For example, ask for a yes/no property of the value instead of an operation that sounds like printing it.

2. burst and crosstalk are referenced but not implemented

The skill's docs and path_triggers.py reference the Daytona concurrency journeys burst and crosstalk, but resources/qa_product.py on release/v0.120.0 has no implementation of either. They never run.

3. Two copies of qa_product.py have drifted

The copy on the release branch has no redact / redact_tree helpers, but a newer copy elsewhere does. The QA agents wrote their own probes without redaction. No key material leaked, but the gate should redact by default.
