Description

Running Linux PC-BSA on Orion O6 produces the following messages during
system-information gathering:

ERROR: GET_PCIe_INFO: PCIE info table is not created
No ECAM is present

Linux detects four ACPI MCFG entries, and Linux BSA successfully creates a
PCIe information table with four ECAM regions on the same platform.

Steps to reproduce

Boot the ACS Linux execution environment and run from a fresh root shell:

insmod /lib/modules/pcbsa_acs.ko
/bin/pc_bsa -l 2 -v 1 > pcbsa.log 2>&1
dmesg > pcbsa_kernel.log

The error is in the kernel log, so application stdout/stderr alone does not
capture it.

Observed and expected behavior

The PC-BSA kernel log reports:

ACPI: MCFG table detected, 4 entries
...
Creating PERIPHERAL INFO table
...
ERROR: GET_PCIe_INFO: PCIE info table is not created
No ECAM is present

For comparison, the Linux BSA kernel log reports:

PCIE_INFO: Number of ECAM regions    :    4
PCIE_INFO: Number of BDFs found      :    8
PCIE_INFO: Number of EP              :    4
PCIE_INFO: Number of RP              :    4

Expected: initialize the PCIe information table before peripheral discovery
and report the platform's four ECAM regions.

The supplied PC-BSA log still records P_L1GI_02 PASS, with 1 test run
and 1 passed. The issue concerns the missing initialization and misleading
ECAM diagnostic; this Linux MSI/LPI check executes through the Linux PCI
subsystem despite the missing ACS table.
