Research direction

Start by tracing the /navigator/ request to where the search backend’s HTTP response is translated for the frontend. Check how backend 401 responses become 404 or 400, and whether server configuration errors can be distinguished from invalid client requests. Done means a backend server issue produces an appropriate 5XX response, with valid client requests no longer reported as 4XX.

Description

Hello,

Page: /navigator/
IMHO It is better to have HTTP 5XX answer to frontend (for example 500) if search back-end answered with HTTP 401.
Now: back-end answers with HTTP 404/400. But client request can be fully valid, it is just issue with server config for example.
