Research direction

The issue names @capacitor/local-notifications and a background runner notification, but does not identify files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how background runner notifications are delivered and how localNotificationActionPerformed is registered; done requires a documented or tested way to trigger the listener, or a clear statement that it is unsupported.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Is there a way to trigger the localNotificationActionPerformed event listener from @capacitor/local-notifications using a background runner notification? I've tried it, but the addEventListener does not respond
