Research direction

Start at cls/SourceControl/Git/Utils.cls line 2559 and inspect how Configure() and PercentClassReplace() are handled. Reproduce the configuration that disables replacing percent characters with underscores, then verify that the configured behavior takes effect.

Description

I tried disabling the replacement of percent "%" to underscore "_", through running Configure() method, but the change does not take effect.

I noticed that ..PercentClassReplace() is being ignored, I think the following line might be the culprit?
