Research direction

Start by comparing the kernel build configurations used by Fedora, Arch Linux, and NixOS, then reproduce the intel-lpmd behavior where only "utl enter" is reported. Done means identifying the necessary kernel options and documenting them, including why they affect complete reporting.

Description

I tried fedora for a bit, and noticed that on it, intel-lpmd does report "utl exit", and "utl enter", but this doesn't happen on arch linux, or nixos. On these distros, only "utl enter" is ever reported. I could imagine a missing kernel build config option being the case for this.
