Description

See https://github.com/intel/MigTD/pull/1032#discussion_r4345588307

By design, we have flexibility to allow non-zero SERVTD_ATTR.
For example, we have INIT_SERVTD_ATTR and CUR_SERVTD_ATTR.

Proposal:
Change servtdTcbMapping:

From:

Field Meaning
tdinfo_hash HASH (TDINFO) = ServTdInfoHash (TDINFO, 0)
isvsvn release SVN

To:

Field Meaning
servtd_info_hash ServTdInfoHash (TDINFO, servtd_attr), the value the TDX module reports in SERVTD_EXT
servtd_attr mask this release is bound with; optional, default 0
isvsvn release SVN
