Research direction

Review how the tutorials and articles are rendered, then compare the intended behavior with the floating table of contents used by pkgdown for package vignettes. Done means larger screens show an accessible table of contents on the right-hand side of tutorial and article pages.

Description

🌈 enhancement design

The tutorials and articles would be more accessible if a floating table of contents were present at the right hand side (for larger screens). Much like the way this is implemented for package vignettes by pkgdown.
