Description

Continuous learning for Claude Code, installed as a plugin in two commands. Mines your corrections (rejected tool calls, interruptions, rephrases) from raw transcripts into an eval case bank; the Gardener then proposes one small change at a time to CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills, with quotes as evidence. A SessionStart hook flags waiting proposals; /wisen:proposals approves them in chat as git branches, never merged for you. Local-first, one SQLite file. MIT, Python.
