Description

Shows which private files Claude Code and its subagents read, and why, from the session records Claude Code keeps on disk. Once its hooks are installed, agentwhy also says so in the chat itself when a secret reaches the conversation or a rule blocks a read. For each .env, SSH key or token an agent reached, the report names the task that led there and the key to rotate, lists every step in order, MCP calls included, and the files and folders it went through; each file can be blocked or tracked.
