Research direction
Start with src/portable/microchip/samx7x/dcd_samx7x.c, focusing on dcd_disconnect(), and check section 2.20.4 of errata DS80000767M for the exact workaround conditions. Determine whether disabling USBHS_CTRL.USBE after detach is required, then validate the behavior on a SAM E70 board; the issue notes that no board is available on the rig.

Description
SAM E70/S70/V70/V71 errata DS80000767M, section 2.20.4 (USBHS), describes a high-speed detach issue whose workaround is to disable the USBHS controller (USBHS_CTRL.USBE = 0) after a detach. src/portable/microchip/samx7x/dcd_samx7x.c dcd_disconnect() sets DEVCTRL.DETACH but leaves CTRL.USBE set.
Found during the #4028 co-fix review; deferred as a separate behaviour change. Check the erratum text and its exact conditions before changing the driver, then validate on a SAM E70 board (none on the rig).
