Research direction

Start with the harness create workspace CLI command and compare it with the working list and get operations. Read the linked Harness workspace creation documentation to confirm the expected command behavior. Done means CLI version 0.1.9 can create a workspace using the reported command without rejecting workspace as an invalid noun.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
